Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management tool, which will grant you complete authority over your email accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this intuitive graphical user interface, you can set up a new mailbox account in no time and administer its settings with ease. Furthermore, you can redirect mails from one e-mailbox to another, create mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and protect your mailboxes against junk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your e-mailbox accounts against spam mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited e-mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your emails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular email account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming e-mails on the basis of specific rules specified by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can quickly create a mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and specify the mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mail messages from one email box account to another, or even to several other email boxes. Simply specify the email account you wish to forward e-mail messages from, then select the destination e-mail box and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your preference to access your email accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you wish to set up on your desktop computer or mobile device and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail box will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple e-mailboxes simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager will also permit you to easily create an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will handle the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
